Every fixed-price quote follows the same process, so there's no ambiguity about what you're paying for:

  • Discovery call — identify the specific bottleneck (missed calls, slow quotes, manual chasing)
  • Scope document — the exact tool, its inputs/outputs, and what's out of scope
  • Fixed quote — agreed before any build work starts
  • Build & review — staged check-ins, not a single reveal at the end
  • Handover — documentation included, no lock-in
